A scrumptious Cretan appetizer, this escargot recipe combines contrasting ingredients in a unique harmony of flavours, rich in nutrients and high in omega-3 fats and proteins . No added preservatives. 100% Natural. Ready to serve as an appetizer accompanied with a small glass of Arodama Tsikoudia, as typically served in Crete. Alternatively heat a little Arodama olive oil in a large pan for 2-3 minutes. Add the Arodama farmed snails with vinegar, rosemary, raisins, sea salt and mix well. Once hot, continue sautéing and add a small glass of Arodama Tsikoudia. Once the alcohol has burned off, add some chopped tomatoes and simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Serve with your favourite fresh pasta.
