Any unopened item can be returned for any reason within 20 days for a refund or store credit. We normally issue refunds and store credits within 3 business days of receiving back your returned merchandise. You can choose your desired reimbursement method by filling out the back of your packing slip. Return postage costs are not refundable unless we made an error, or the item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us at email@example.com and please reference your order number. Import product cannot be returned unless it is defective. EZ-Ds can only be returned if unopened.
If a CD jewel case or cassette case arrives damaged, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will send you a new replacement case for free. In the case of defective product, please contact us at email@example.com for information on obtaining a replacement item.
A defective or damaged title can only be replaced by the same item. Another title cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.
