Description

Stella Kanaki was born in Heraklion and is a pediatrician, a specialist in Medical Crete, with a participation in scientific publications, and a mother of four children. She has been awarded with literary awards from the Women's Society (2005, children's short stories), the Municipality of Agios Nikolaos (2005, theatrical), the Association of Greek Writers (2006, poetry), the Municipality of Heraklion (2007) (2012, poetry) and the Municipality of Phaistos (2016, children's literature). She is a member of the Women's Literary Society and the Hellenic Children's Book Cycle.
