MAVROIDIS MARIOS - Anthology of Greek traditional music

The anthology is addressed to those who have a reduced musical background and are interested in dealing with traditional music material and its system, whereas these are clearly given. This is also the first objective of the first issue of the Anthology of Greek Traditional Music: to be an instrument for music approach to the specific musical ground. One approach at a first level indeed but a definitive one and which, making use of concepts generally known as well as of the universally accepted code of contemporary western music, attempts to initiate the readers in the particular code of traditional music.
